I purchased my first Nissan from Sansone Jr’s 66 last year. My sales rep was Michael Small. He was very helpful and worked out a great deal for me. I happened to get in a car accident less than a week ago and my car is totaled. I contacted Michael last night. Within few hours he got a new car delivered to my house with the paperwork to sign. Michael has exceptional work ethic and he goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Next time you need a car, go to Sansone Jr’s 66! I can’t describe how grateful I am for the extra work that Michael did for me.

If you purchase a used car here, they will refuse to pay to fix it. Even with a warranty (I paid $2500 for an extended one on top of the dealer warranty). I have a car costing a total of $28,000 that can't even pass inspection, or drive in a straight line. They are cheap. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer as my credit is destroyed due to refusing to pay for a broken car. I have proof from another mechanic they are responsible and they still will not pay. Owner won't speak to customers. Don't do it, just don't do it! ------------------------------------------------ Reply: We're sorry you're having any problems with your vehicle. We don't have any open warranty issues, but also we can't find your name in our service records. Our parts and service director spent a lot of time looking for history on your vehicle. I will never buy another car from this deakership again, they scammed me from the gicco, from the sale of vehicle and now my vehicle is only 4 and half years old and the engine is burning to much oil and i have a warranty and kia wont honor it, the service department has done nothing but be deceitful, please believe me do not buy a car from here. I find myself sitting in it 5- 10 minutes longer after I park enjoying my xm 60s music and aquainting myself with all the options, evo and Android apps.It was a pleasure to meet Paul Jr. N PS3. It's unique that the owners would even introduce themselves before a deal was even agreed to. I HAVE PURCHASED AND LEASED CARS FROM SANSONE IN THE PAST AND IT IS A STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE. THE SALES EXPERIENCE WAS ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE. Everyone was professional, friendly and well mannered. My salesperson, Cathy Traub, and sale's manager Gene, did everything to get me into the car I wanted by answering all my questions and making me fell confident in my purchase. Cathy Traub is a good saleswoman, she put me at ease and found the right vehicle for me. Lorenzo Isidoro, in the finance department, answered all my questions in a professional manner and was a real gentleman, which is rare these days. Remy Ortiz, who delivers and explains the many options on the Sorento SX is very knowledgeable and took the time on his day off to answer questions I had after my purchase. (I did not realized I had called his cell phone and it was his day off.) I have bought many new cars in my lifetime, from Volvo's to Toyota's and have encountered many rude pushy salespeople that just confuse you. This is not the case at 66 Sansone Jr's Automall. I will be replacing my second car, a Volvo, in a few years and will definitely consider going back to see Cathy Traub at 66 Sansone. And will be recommending Cathy Traub to friends and family of mine. I have not serviced the Kia Sorento SX yet. I am hoping to have just as pleasant of an experience. First and foremost,I would like to thank MERCEDES,ERNESTO and JASON for going the distance so that I could go home(that Friday night)with a car.I came across several reviews about how Rent2Own program changed their lives.I never heard of such program before.Just like everyone else,I have gone through a tough time especially last year.For months I went to several dealerships and walking away humiliated and disrespected.I was already losing hope,not knowing how I will be able to get a car.I went to Sansone Jr's that Friday night,arriving an hour before they close.I was greeted by Mercedes and I told her my situation.She told me she will not allow me to go home without a car.I was thinking,how?I was introduced to Ernesto,who asked for what I was looking for in a car.He came back and told me that I may get a brand new car.I can't believe it,I asked him "seriously?"he said yes!I got emotional and started crying.Ernesto and Jason assured that it is a brand new car.Mercedes told me that hardship should not discriminate anyone from getting a car especially when you really need it.They are very professional,the whole process was no hassle.Also,as a member of the US Armed forces,I have never been treated more with respect.For anyone out there looking to buy a car and hoping to be treated right,go to Sansone Jr's.

If you visited Route 66 AutoMall (now Sansone Jr's 66 Automall) in the past like we did,and were not so satisfied, go back, because things have changed! The focus is on making you, the customer, happy. After receiving a letter and phone call about turning in my Nissan lease early, I took a chance and DID stop in, thinking this was just another gimmick (as I experienced in the past at this dealership). Well, was I surprised! This new philosophy led to not only me, but my husband (who had a Honda) turning in our leases early and getting new Nissans. This no-pressure attitude and aim to please ethic was refreshing and quite honestly, surprising. We are both happy new owners of a 2012 Rogue and 2012 Altima for just a few dollars more than we were spending with older vehicles. As a loyal customer (3rd Nissan), we were offered a great price and felt satisfied and comfortable with the cost. We walked out of the dealership feeling that the "shennaghans" that went on in the past were gone. I know we'll be going there for service too since their service department was always great.

Auto Mall: The moment I dialed the phone and Chris answered I felt comfortable with telling him what I wanted and needed he assured me they would make it happen. He said to come into Nissan showroom and speak to a salesman. My husband and I arrived at the showroom that after noon and spoke to a salesman (JOHN). He made us feel comfortable and showed us the car we could afford and worked within our budget. Hello Paul, I just want to say how wonderful I was treated on February 18th when I bought my Kia Sorento at your Neptune NJ car dealership. Ok, let me tell you my quick story. I wanted a new car (a 7 passenger) because my family out grew of my old car. (which is still on your lot). There was only 1 problem. I filed for bankruptcy July of 2009, but it was discharged January of 2010. So since then I wanted a Kia Sorento, but the bankruptcy wouldn't let me, so I waited patiently for about a year. I started looking the end of last year and beginning of this year. My first stop was Dealer Name Removed, only because it was right across the street from my kids dentist. They were trying to work with me for about a week and couldn't find anyone to finance me. And they were not that nice, then I tried Dealer Name Removed in Toms River trying to get a Veracruise. Again they could not get anyone to finance me for a car I wanted. They found a 2008 with 35,000 miles on it for $28,000. They said if I gave them $10,000 I could get a loan for $18,000..so I walked out of there because I was not going to pay that much money for a car that was a year younger then my old car and had about the same mileage on it.... Then on Valentines day I went to Dealer Name Removed which is right next to my house. They promised me I would get approved for a loan, so I picked out a 2012 Mazda 5. I gave them $500 because they had to locate it for me. I got a call that Friday on the 18th that they found the car for me to come sign the paper work. I gave them my payoff amount for my car then they say they needed $5000.00 more and a co-signer...I got so upset because they didn't say that to me that Monday. I took the manager in his office and ripped him a new one. I came home without the new car and we went out to dinner. I couldn't even eat I was so upset. My husband says, " Call Sansone Jr's 66 Automall right now"..."That's where you got your last car, now call them." It shocked me because first of all he DOES NOT like car dealers and he felt that we didn't need a new car. But he had seen how upset I was over this...I didn't even think of it because the other Kia dealer couldn't find anyone to finance me, what makes you think they could...he insisted I call you. This was about 6:30pm and Christian answered the phone. I said I was interested in the Sorento and he asked what day was good to come see it. I said I'll be there in about an hour. My husband and I dropped the kids off at my in laws and we got there by 7:15. There we met with Christian and my car salesmen Charlie Marzano...love them both...They got a deal for me because I would not test drive a car until they made a deal. I didn't want to be let down a second time that day... I test drove a Snow White Sorento..(the color I wanted) 7 passenger and instantly fell in love with the car. I started the paper work with Charlie and Randee in financing. The only problem was that it was a Friday night and the banks were closed till Tuesday because of Presidents day. They said I fell under a special program for bankruptcies and people with bad credit. BUT they let me take the car home, so I was really nervous because the car wasn't officially mine yet and I didn't want to be disappointed on Tuesday when the banks opened and I'd have to bring the car back because I wasn't approved...a man said...(and I don't remember his name), but he said. I would not let a $25,000 car leave this lot if you were not going to be approved...So from that point on I stopped crying...I'm known as the crying buyer there. I got a call from Charlie to come on Tuesday to sign paper work to make it official. He came there on his day off just so he could work around my work schedule. Your staff was so compassionate to me. My husband and I could not thank them enough. He still doesn't like car dealers in general but he tells everyone this story and refers anyone who is interested in buying a car to come to you first. My father said you should have me do a commercial for you...with every kid I had I got a new Kia...My first one was a Kia Sophia in 1999 when my daughter was 1. Then I had my son so I upgraded to the Sportage and I had a 3rd child and we upgraded to the Sorento. Good thing you don't have a bus. Thanks for reading my NOT SO QUICK story. Sorry. Two weeks ago I was faced with a dilemma. I had an aging Nissan Altima 160,000 mile but only 4 years old. I needed a car. I drove too many miles to work, plus I was driving for uber. I had a $6000 short fall between what the car was worth, and the balance owed on the car. One of the quickest ways to depreciate the value of your car is to run up the mileage. Also not having good credit puts me at a disadvantage in getting a new car as well. 4 years ago I ran into a man named John Crooks at route 66 automall and at that time my credit was still a problem. John worked some magic and he put together a deal for me and my wife to get new cars. We went back to John two weeks ago and we were able to get a new nissan maxima one step below platinum for me, and a new nissan murano for my wife platinum edition. John is awesome, we would have been turned down by other dealerships and he got us low interest rates and beautiful cars. This is a some humble praise to a great guy who has helped our family alot over the years John Crooks. If your in Neptune NJ and need a car go see him at rt 66 automall he is the sales manager and has the ultimate say on whether a deal will go through or not. Mike Smalls was also very helpful in getting the deal to go through.

Very pleased with Sansone Jr service. We have always brought our 2013 Rogue in for oil changes, tire rotation and routine maintenance. Just yesterday, we had to bring in for a major repair. Ty and Danielle, our tech reps were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done. Car repairs are never high on your list of things you want to do, but they explain the hows and whys. Picked car up and noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t working. As car owners, our first though was that the tech did something wrong. Danielle said she would speak with her manager. She brought us to him. In speaking with Andy Garcia, the service manager, he expressed his regret in our situation and proceeded to work with us in getting a loaner for our trip, getting Nissan to work a deal for the cost of repairs needed and sat and talked with us. Just wanted to show our appreciation for all Sansone service, especially Ty, Danielle and Andy!

I went into Sansone Kia on Friday August 17th and was immediately greeted by salesperson Audra Stewart. I explained to her that I am on permanent disability so Im on a very fixed income and that Id recently become a single full time father to my 11 year old daughter because her mother passed away. so I needed a reliable vehicle to transport her around. The vehicle I had up until then was in very poor shape and constantly breaking down. Considering I am now the only source of transportation for my daughter, getting a safe, reliable vehicle was very important to me. Being disabled my credit had some issues. Audra went above and beyond and spent alot of time and effort and didn’t give up until she got me approved for a Kia Sportage, which was the exact vehicle I wanted when I went into the dealership. And she was able to work everything out to get it down to a price I could afford. I very highly recommend both Sansone Jr as a dealership and specifically Audra Stewart as a salesperson. The professionalism, patience and insane wealth of knowledge my salesman Zachary Reiss possessed during my car buying experience is completely unmatched. Long story short I came in to look at a used vehicle, I then looked at a new vehicle and then another and then another, I wasted a lot of time being extremely indecisive while Zachary cordially explained all the ins and outs, pros and cons of the deals we kept coming up with. Even when we were $100's apart on monthly payments, he hunkered down and kept crunching and crunching. Just purchased this week our 5th car from this dealership over the last 9 years. The experience was the best we have had yet and they all have been good. Our salesman Rudy Thurman started his day an hour early because I was walking around waiting for my car in service. Within a couple of hours I was driving out with my 2018 Sorento SXL with exactly what I was looking for and a great experience. Buying a car is usually a stressful experience but this dealership has made us happy each and every time we have come there. Also on a side note the service dept. is also exceptional as Jay is always accommodating.
